What Lydia has been up to

That is a genuine box of "real" Idaho Potato's! I was so excited! I think the UPS man thought I was crazy when he came to my door with this surprise! The bags of potato's here that say they are from Idaho must be the Idaho rejects because they just aren't the same. Thanks Mom and Dad! I think we will have mashed potato's every night!Ok, I'm really sorry this one is sideways. I am still learning all this blogging stuff. We took Lydia to Krispy Kreme this week and got her a sprinkle covered doughnut. She was so diligent in picking off and eating all those delicious sprinkles. The big bite out of it was Mike helping her- go figure.
I came into the kitchen a few days ago to find my tupperware drawer empty of bowls! Now Lydia seems to think that this is the best place to read her "scriptures." (The Gideon Bible)
Nursing Mike back to health after surgery last week. They were watching Sesame Street together, which is Lydia's new favorite thing.
Lydia has discovered the joy of moving around couch cushions. I love how her feet are crossed.

That is about all we have been up to lately. We have spent a lot of time home with Mike, but he goes back to classes tomorrow. For his surgery, he had to have his tendon grafted together with another one and some bones fused with a plate and screw. He was kind of out of it for a few days, but is doing good now. He even sang in the ward choir today where his crutch slipped off a ledge and he went down, hitting the organ and making quite the scene. He blames it all on the Missionary behind him. Wish I had a picture of that one!

Looks like a busy girl! To answer your question, there's a link on my blog, the sjhdesign one that gives instructions about "making" different backgrounds. I followed those. It took a little work but I figured it out. :)
